Was tagged to do Odette but I've already done her before and im running out cool facts lmao  



1) Morgan was head over heels for Pearl the first time she saw her (though it started as a puppy crush and grew into a full fledged love after she joined the rebels and got to know her)

2) Pearl was the first person to start calling Morganite 'Morgan' and everyone else just kind of adopted it too

3) Morganite's are supposed to be decorative soldiers for Pink Diamond (sculpted to be more soft and elegant looking than the normal solider quartz, but still well built.) Still, they weren't made for actual battle and were usually reserved for organised entertainment fights.

4) Morgan isn't very good with words but she's a hopeless romantic that tries to put her feelings into words and match Pearl's wit and sophistication (so basically she's a terrible but earnest poet)

5) In her corrupted form Morgan can't see very well and often walks into things as a result. Because of her uncontrolled strength sometimes when she gets spooked and hits a tree it gets knocked down and now the locals have come to know the mysterious grunting and falling trees as evidence of big foot.

6) She tried to give Pearl a rose once as a gift and it worked mostly (Pearl was flattered), but it served to drive Pearls thoughts back to Rose Quartz. Nevertheless, Morgan felt it was worth it to see her so happy with something she had given her

7) Although first apprehensive of Steven (mind you they met after she was already long corrupted), Morgan came to actually like Steven because he was so gentle and is more subdued around him. Though she refuses to show herself around Pearl if Steven brings her along, she refuses to take the chance that Pearl will recognize her.

8) Because she's already been corrupted by the time Steven comes around, Morgan hasn't had a chance to reform into a more modern outfit and is still technically stuck in her homeworld outfit.

Okay, so this is gonna be short because there's no point ranting. Part of it is personal preference, but I'm not being unreasonable.

• Communicate with your commissioner/artist.
  I really can't understand why this is such a problem. You don't have to be friends with whoever your working with, but communication is important. A commissioner needs to be clear and consistent with what they are asking for, and an artist needs to be giving updates on their progress (within reason; don't leave your commissioner in the dark, if you're having trouble or simply have been too busy to make progress, be honest! Commissioners just like to know you haven't forgotten)
• Be committed
  If. you. don't. have. the. time. to. finish. the. commission. within. reason. then. don't. open. commissions.
  Its as simple as that. If you really think you can't finish a commission, refund them. Don't string people along if you're only progress is going to be doing part of a sketch once a month.
  The same thing goes for commissioners. If you commission someone, don't you dare flake on them, especially if they've already started. Treat them your artist with respect, and don't break their trust. Art is both a hobby and a job for people, your inconsideration can mean serious life troubles for the artist. Hell, even if the commission isn't to pay bills or the like, you shouldn't be backing out of a deal you agreed to because you actually don't have the money.
  If. you. don't. have. the. money. don't. commission/buy. stuff.
• Be reasonable with how long you take
  Commissioners, don't bug your artist. Asking for an update every once in a while is no harm, but nagging or asking someone to hurry up after only a month is not okay. Artists have lives outside of your commission, respect that.
  Artists, don't take months for a commission, unless you're giving updates and/or your commissioner is okay with it.
